Cooking instructions: Grill pan/Barbeque/Grill: Preheat the grill pan/ barbeque/grill and cook over medium heat for 9-10 min. Turn over the burger every 1.5-2 min. Oven: Preheat the oven. Cook the product at 390-430oF for 10-12 min.
