Storage: Keep frozen in temperature -18°C.
Intended use: Consumption after thermal processing >75°C/15sec. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook frozen. Remove the product from the packaging. Preheat the oven at 200-220°C place the frozen souvlaki skewers on a tray lined with baking paper and cook for 10-12 minutes. Grill pan and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Cook on the grill over medium to high heat for 6-8 minutes.
