SHELF LIFE : 450 days from the production date in the freezer.
Instructions:Store in the freezer at -18°C.Unmould the product while it is still frozen, pressing with both hands from the bottom up.
Thaw in storage at 0-4°C for 1-3 hours.
After thawing, keep for 4 days in storage at 0-4°C.
After defrosting, refreezing the product is prohibited.
