SHELF LIFE : 450 days from the production date in the freezer.
Instructions:Store in the freezer at -18°C.
Thaw in storage at 0-4°C for 2-4 hours.
After thawing, keep for 2-3 days in storage at 0-4°C covered in a bell-type container. Alternatively:
Keep for 2 days in a neutral showcase, cool and dry (22°C), covered in a bell-type container.
After defrosting, refreezing the product is prohibited.
