SHELF LIFE : 365 days from the production date in the freezer.
Instructions:Store in the freezer at -18°C.
Defrost in the refrigerator at 0-4°C for 1-2 hours.
After defrosting, keep for 20 days in the refrigerator at 0-4°C, covered in a container. Alternatively: Keep for 15 days in a neutral showcase, cool and dry (<22°C), covered in a cloche-type container.
